We ship from Germany across Germany, the rest of Europe and worldwide. The exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay, based on the weight of your order.

Wardrobes and systems

Sliding-door wardrobes and the walk-in and dressing-room systems are large and heavy and ship on a pallet in several cartons. Delivery is kerbside: the carrier brings it to the nearest accessible door, not up stairs or into the room. Plan help — assembly and wall fixing are a two-person job, best done by a competent fitter — and load-bearing walls to anchor to. Accessories, rails, hangers, dividers and the anti-tip kit ship by parcel.

Times

Orders leave us within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within Germany, 4–10 business days to the rest of Europe and 7–20 business days further afield. Pallet shipments are booked with a freight carrier who calls ahead; allow 5–15 business days.

Customs

Goods are dispatched from Germany. For deliveries outside the EU, any import duty, VAT or clearance fee in the destination country is payable by the recipient.

Damage in transit

Check the packaging before you sign for it, note any damage on the carrier's paperwork and photograph it — that is what makes a claim straightforward.
